A participant favorite, in this class we will take an in-depth look at categories of similar Broadway shows and compare those that were blockbusters with others that didn't quite make it to that level. We will consider what makes a Broadway "hit" along several dimensions and engage in guided discussion regarding what constitutes a Broadway hit and what shows were also-rans.

Lisa Yanguas has been a dancer, instructor, and choreographer in locations along the east coast. She learned from and performed with tap legends Gregory Hines, Savion Glover, Honi Coles, Harold Nicholas, and many others. As a native New Yorker, Broadway has always been her love and passion.
