Transcendence & Emotional Mastery

Participants will experience a guided holistic approach through a transformative journey aimed at transcending limiting beliefs, and emotional challenges to achieve a higher state of awareness and learn to strengthen their ability to regulate one's emotions. This 6-week course was developed because transcendence involves moving beyond our ordinary limits, through practices such as meditation, sound, and reiki healing to reach a state of greater understanding, peace and connection with our self and the universe. Through powerful techniques of emotional mastery, we can understand, manage, and utilize our emotions even more effectively. This involves recognizing emotional patterns, regulating emotional responses, and using this awareness to be able to reframe them to make conscious choices that enhance well-being and personal growth. In each 2-hour session we will blend the theoretical insights and practical exercises, aiming to foster a more balanced, empowered, and enlightened state of being. You will leave restored and equipped with tools to continue to enhance your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being ongoingly.
