Course Description

For many of us, Beethoven is the greatest of all composers. Overcoming deafness Beethoven 'took fate by the throat' and became the most powerful and inspiring individual who ever wrote music. We will hear the essential symphonies, chamber music, concertos and vocal music, the masterworks that have been the heart of the concert repertoire for almost 200 years.
